On yesterday's Self-employed Women's Teleforum, Tarona Lee, President of TLL Human Resource Services, led a dynamic discussion on the Power of Partnership. Tarona did a great job explaining the benefits that a win-win-win alliance with another business can help to expand your business in a way that you would not be able to do alone. She also shared some of the pitfalls that should be avoided in entering a partnership agreement.
I realize that a partnership can be a value-added dimension for my business. I'm looking to create one. It's taking time to find a partner that I feel is just the right fit. I've been approached by other speakers and coaches, but our agendas are too similiar to join forces. I'll continue in my search and when it does come together both parties will know that it's a win-win proposition.
